Press Release: SMASHING PUMPKINS RELEASE 4 VERSIONS OF ZEITGEIST

Pub. Note: I absolutely HATE it when this is done. It forces fans to choose what version they want and completists to get multiple versions. We should put our foot down and not buy any. Not that that is likely.....

Wow, I wish I had read up on the album release beforehand. Instead, like an uninformed idiot I went out and bought the pricier,bonus-track lite version. I expected the larger book-like album to perhaps contain something worthwhile in its pages. Something long-time fans could enjoy. Nope. Good one Billy, I paid more for an album with fewer songs and dull imagery. (This album should have been released on April 1st). Upon opening the pages I am greeting by the always unwelcome mug of Paris Hilton. Needless to say this is a bad omen and I am disappointed before even listening to the first track. Next time I'll do my research beforehand instead of blindly trusting a band to cater to it's fans and not it's wallet. Hopefully, the songs will make up for all this. Although, already excluded from enjoying 3 of them, I doubt it.
