Movie Media: Tin Man - Trailer

I remember having this strange feeling of unease creep through my gut when I read that the Sci-Fi Channel was preparing a "re-imagining" of The Wizardof Oz. The 1939 film is a classic. No, it wasn't the original, there was a silent feature in the 20s that had Stan Laurel amoung its cast, as well as a couple fo shorts. Still, the idea of a science fiction take on it was enough to cause a little worry. At the same time there was also some curiosity. The trailer for the December mini-series is now here, and I actually think it looks pretty good. It is considerably different, but definitely something I am interested in seeing. The cast is good, including Neil McDonough, Zooey Deschanel, Alan Cumming, and Richard Dreyfuss.
