City of Ember - Poster, Trailer
Never heard of this one before, but it looks interesting. The lights are about to go out on the city of Ember, and it is up to a small band to uncover the cities secrets and save their world. The trailer reminds me of Dark City, City of Lost Children, and The Golden Compass. The poster looks like a kiddie superhero flick. Gil Kenan (Monster House) is at the helm with a cast featuring Bill Murray and Tim Robbins.

The trailer looks awesome! I cannot wait for this movie to come out on October 10th!
I love that the trailer the scenery seem to match the dark and ominous imagery of the book, and with the threat of apocalypse just ahead this movie will be sure to keep anyone on the edge of their seat! Also I’m excited Bill Murray is playing the villainous Mayor Cole he always brings characters to life like no one can!
