Friday the 13th: Part VIII Jason Takes Manhattan - Trailer

1989 saw Jason escape the clutches of Crystal Lake and the surrounding woods. He rises from his watery grave, more zombified and unstoppable than ever. Jason hitches a ride with some high school kids to New York City, unleashing his particular brand of bloodletting in the Big Apple. This entry is definitely on the corny side, but it is still fun. I like how Jason can walk down a street in the NY and have no one pay any attention. The trailer is simple, distant shot of Jason standing along the river looking into the city before an unfortunate pedestrian happens by, lots of screaming and the title announcement.
