Scott Weiland - "Missing Cleveland"

Scott Weiland recently released a new solo album, his first since parting ways with Velvet Revolver. The album is called Happy in Galoshes and the new single is "Missing Cleveland." The song has a nice flow to it, not terribly rocky, but not bad. I think the biggest problem with it is that it sounds like David Bowie should be singing. The further into the video I got, the more I expected an appearance from Major Tom.
